Lead Navigator, Low-Visibility Operations

Rudolph joined the team relatively recently by workshop standards and quickly became indispensable the first genuinely foggy Christmas Eve of his career, when visibility dropped low enough that the rest of the team was ready to ground the flight. The glow is completely natural — he's stopped explaining this to new elves — and it's since become the standard the low-visibility program is built around. He trains the newer reindeer personally and, unlike some of the veterans, still seems genuinely delighted every single time he's asked to guide the sleigh.
