Formation Flight Lead

Dancer choreographs the flight team's formation patterns and takes the job about as seriously as Dasher takes speed — which is to say, completely. What started as an attempt to make training drills less monotonous has turned into an actual discipline, with Dancer running the team through formation changes mid-flight that look effortless and are absolutely not. Off duty, Dancer is the reindeer most likely to be found practicing figure-eights over the stables for no reason other than enjoying it.
