Questions from parents

Is the letter from Santa really free?
Yes. The Workshop Classic letter and the Official Nice List Certificate are completely free to personalize, print, and save as a PDF, as many times as you like. An optional Premium Letter Pack adds three more stationery designs and removes the small website credit from the bottom of the page.
How do I print it or save it as a PDF?
Fill in the details, then press "Print or save as PDF." In the print dialog, pick your printer — or choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. For the best results, turn on "Background graphics" so the festive border prints.
What information do you store about my child?
None on our servers. Everything you type stays in your own browser so your draft is still there if you come back. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else.
Does the letter promise specific gifts?
No — the letter mentions your child's wish, but Santa is careful never to promise a particular present, so there's no awkwardness on Christmas morning.
When should I give it to my child?
Any time in December works. Many families tuck it in a mailbox, leave it by the tree, or have it "arrive" with an Elf on the Shelf.
