Holly runs the wrapping station like a small, extremely tasteful factory. She trains every new wrapping elf personally, starting them on boxes before letting anyone near the genuinely odd-shaped gifts, and maintains a color-matched ribbon inventory that she has expanded almost every year since taking the role over six decades ago. The bicycle incident — she wrapped one so cleanly it looked like a giftbox — is still cited in training as the standard nobody has quite matched since.
