Nutmeg
ElfHead of the Letters & Mail Office
Every letter that reaches the workshop passes through Nutmeg's office before it ever gets near Santa's desk. She built the current sorting system from the ground up after the mail room's old shelving system collapsed under its own volume, and it now routes over a million letters a year without so much as a backlog. She reads every letter once for content and, by her own admission, a second time just to appreciate the handwriting.
