Head of Music & Workshop Morale

Pepper runs the workshop's caroling program and, unofficially, its morale — the loading bay, the kitchen, and the toy floor all have their own rotating playlists, and Pepper wrote most of the original tunes personally. He started as a wrapping-station elf but transferred the moment the workshop realized it needed someone dedicated to keeping spirits up during the December crunch. He's famously the only elf who can get Bernard to sing along, even if Bernard denies it happened.
